1. Service Agreement

By requesting or using our services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, address, contact details, and any other information needed to set up and maintain your trash and recycling service.

Our services are provided on a weekly basis unless otherwise specified. Schedules may vary due to holidays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, but we will communicate any changes as soon as possible.

2. Payment and Billing

All new services require a non-refundable booking deposit or setup fee, if applicable.

Payments are due according to your chosen billing cycle (weekly, monthly, or quarterly).

Failure to make payment by the due date may result in temporary suspension or cancellation of services until payment is received.

Returned payments may incur an additional fee.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Customers may cancel services at any time by providing notice via phone or email.

Services canceled within 48 hours of a scheduled pick-up will still be charged for that week.

Any deposits or fees paid are non-refundable, but service credits may be applied in some cases at the company’s discretion.

4. Service Expectations

Trash must be placed at the designated location (curbside or other agreed-upon area) by the night before your scheduled service day.

We are not responsible for missed pickups if trash is not properly placed or accessible at the scheduled time.

Please ensure that containers are not overfilled or blocked by vehicles, debris, or other obstructions.

5. Acceptable Waste

We accept normal household and business waste. The following items are not accepted:

Flammable or hazardous materials

Tires or shingles

Dead animals

Equipment containing Freon (refrigerators, air conditioners, etc.)

If you are unsure whether an item can be picked up, please contact us before placing it out.

6. Service Area

Southern Trash and Recycling LLC proudly serves:
Tatum, Henderson, Laneville, Carlisle, Turnertown, Lakeport, Kilgore, Liberty City, and Gladewater, with plans to expand into additional areas.
Service availability is based on your location and route capacity.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

Ensuring trash is placed properly and securely.

Preventing animals from scattering waste (we recommend securing cans with a bungee cord).

Maintaining their trash containers in usable condition.

If damages occur to our company containers due to misuse or negligence, replacement costs may apply.

8. Liability

Southern Trash and Recycling LLC is not liable for:

Damage to personal property resulting from normal waste collection procedures.

Missed collections due to weather, road closures, or inaccessible trash.

Any injury, loss, or damage resulting from improper disposal of hazardous materials.

We strive to provide safe, reliable, and professional service at all times.

9. Communication

By using our services, you consent to receive communication from Southern Trash and Recycling LLC via email, phone, or text message regarding service updates, billing reminders, or important announcements.

You may opt out of promotional messages at any time.

10. Termination of Services

Southern Trash and Recycling LLC reserves the right to terminate or refuse services if:

Repeated late payments occur.

Trash is not properly prepared or contains prohibited items.

Customer behavior is inappropriate or unsafe toward staff.

In such cases, we will make reasonable attempts to resolve issues before discontinuing service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update or revise these Terms and Conditions periodically. Updates will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
